Domestic Help’s Son One of Islampur’s Madhyamik Topper Uncertain About His Academics

Webdesk, TNI Islampur, 31^st May, 2017: Last Saturday when the entire state rejoiced by the sparkling results of the students this year. Islampur also saw something to cheer about. Sanju Das of Islampur’s Milanpally High School got 439 marks in Madhyamik. However, this might not look so much for a normal Madhyamik pass out. However, this is Sanju a son of a domestic help and a small iron workshop. Right now his parents are busy in accumulating money for his higher studies in his higher secondary course. However, now they are not alone, the counselor Mr. Ranjan Sarkar and various clubs of Milanpally have assured to help the family for the boy. The headmaster of Sanju’s school i.e. Milanpally High School Mr. Tapan Bhowmik told TNI “Sanju Das is a meritorious boy. The school has helped him various occasions by giving him various study-related materials. However, if there is some Government help then it would be much easier for Sanju to achieve dreams”.
